Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Quiz answers. The seven answers you submit, stored with a random identifier. They are not linked to your identity unless you choose to provide an email address.
• Email address (optional). Only if you request a results recap, subscribe, or purchase a premium report.
• Usage analytics. Page views and product events (e.g. quiz started, link clicked) via PostHog, used to improve the product.
• Payment details. Processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Error diagnostics. Crash and error reports via Sentry so we can fix problems.

How we use it

• To generate and display your stack recommendation.
• To send emails you explicitly requested.
• To deliver premium reports you purchased.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve recommendations.
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting by IP address).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share data with

Service providers that operate the product on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Vercel (hosting), and Upstash (rate limiting). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. When you click an outbound tool link, you leave this site and the destination’s privacy policy applies.

Retention and your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email or by writing to hello@stackulr.com.
• Request deletion of your email address, quiz submissions, or purchase records by emailing hello@stackulr.com.
• Anonymous quiz submissions are retained to improve recommendation quality.
