Stackulr

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026

1. What Stackulr is

Stackulr provides software recommendations for local service businesses based on the answers you provide, plus a directory of tools and optional paid reports. Recommendations are informational — they are a starting point for your own evaluation, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

2. No promises of results

We make no representation about the business outcomes, revenue, savings, or performance you will experience from any recommended software. Vendors change pricing and features without notice; confirm details directly with each vendor before purchasing.

3. Premium reports

Premium reports are one-time digital purchases generated from your quiz answers and delivered immediately after payment via a private link. Because they are personalized digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final; if a report fails to deliver or is materially broken, contact hello@stackulr.com within 14 days and we will make it right or refund you.

4. Affiliate relationships and sponsorships

Some outbound links are affiliate links and some placements are paid sponsorships, always labeled “Sponsored.” See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not attempt to access data that is not yours.
  • Do not misrepresent Stackulr content as vendor-endorsed.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackulr’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
